Lets explore: How to connect to our needs and operate in a fulfilling pregnancy that leads to, freely expressing our needs in life. These tools are timeless and once established and rooted, can be passed down to baby and those around us!

As a mom of 4, YES! Four beautiful humans. I've had my share of experiences, trials, and errors. But most of all WINS. Through all of it so far I have learned something so valuable! That: It's not about them, it's about ME!
Being the best me, I can be, for them.
Being sometimes the best me is resting and running the house from the couch or, showing those around me that I matter by giving myself the time, and love I need from myself to myself. This practice helps those around me see and understand if mama cup isn't full she can't pour. But, OHHH boy how I've had to release the notion of being this "perfect mom" because society said so. And come to the acceptance to receive the evolution of motherhood is by being the best me I can be. OOOO...The gain is so sweet! #ME!

Lets take a closer look at ways, tools, and techniques, to use to connect to your needs.
Tip #1 - Slow Down
Life is moving through you not to you all at once. #whew
Just pause and take a moment. If the moment is in the midst of chaos... Slow down, this can be done verbally to bring you back in the moment. "I need to slow down"
This can be done with breathwork. When you have overwhelming feelings, or many task at hand your body or baby will nudge you to remind you "Do you need something right now"? #journalit
This can be reminders in the form of a headache, needing air, or tiredness. Take that moment to asses what it is you need right in that moment.
Tip #2 - Worrying is not needed.
#ThankGod Let go of the need to worry-Letting god will bring you to the present moment all is perfect and working in divine timing. You have life within you! #breathe

Tip #3 - Move your Body
Though all circumstances you can move/Shift. Energy is constantly moving around us and through us, this means even while preparing for your creation you can help keep the energy moving.
Move your hips
Squats/ hip lunges
Dancing
Sometimes energy likes to settle in the hips or back when pregnant, moving allows the energy to yes you said it.... move!
If you're dealing with swollen feet: lay on your back and get those legs up. 10 seconds up , rest , and 10 again. Shake those legs safely while up in the air #likeastripper
Tip #4 - You need a healthy Mind space
Psychological Healthy Patterns ,In other words Think positive, in any circumstance as you are creating life ,you mama play a huge role in giving information to baby. When you create health positive thoughts this information is transferred to baby and will unlock in divine timing along their own personal journey. Your needs matter express them, or reach out to someone you trust to help
